Please include your Shopify store domain, a short description of the issue, and any relevant scan or export details. Do not send Shopify passwords, API secrets, payment card data, or customer personal data.
Typical Response Time
We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. Critical installation or billing issues are prioritized.
Common Requests
We can help with installation, Shopify App Pricing questions, scan results, CSV exports, attribute mapping settings, and data deletion requests.
The app provides feed readiness checks only. It does not submit products to Google Merchant Center or make changes to Shopify product data.
